It is agreed that your use of the Acacia Website ratifies your approval, assignment and agreement regarding Acacia’s rights to Non-Personal Information. Not in limitation of the foregoing, Acacia will have the full unrestricted right to create, edit, produce, market, sell, assign and license to third parties videos, text messages and/or voice recordings including but not limited to any derivative works and compilations resulting therefrom.

Acacia is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the Acacia Website.
